莱芜区雅鹿山瑞云观：道教经文的境界之所在
位于山东省济南市莱芜区雅鹿山脉主峰，是“莱芜八景”之首的“矿山呈瑞”的所在。历史记载传云：此山之上祥云曼妙，山气冲腾，便结有仙山楼阁，海外洞府...八景云—矿山呈瑞。（现代科学解读为：水汽氤氲与阳光折射，而形成海市蜃楼奇景）
史书有载：每逢京都科考之年，只要出现“矿山呈瑞”景象，莱芜赴京学子，大都科甲大发，榜上有名。莱芜人认为这是风水凝结之所，瑞象昭示，崇敬有加，自然是顶礼膜拜奉若神明。
原有“魁星楼”，北墙壁中嵌有-明代名士雪蓑所书“魁字碑”系龙鸟花草鱼虫大篆，笔法苍劲古朴怪异。魁星楼下方建有“文昌阁”供奉朱笔点状元的“文昌帝君”。古人认为此神明是主宰文化兴衰、功名利禄的神祇。供奉于此，是为了兴旺此处文人墨客代代出名、秀才读书人独占鳌头、福泽一方官运亨通。
据史料记载：光明清两朝考中进士、举人、贡生等就500余人。（明代进士11名举人38名贡生130名；清代进士20名举人89名贡生245名）
近代以来，因为特殊历史原因，加以战乱和破坏，不仅自然景观受损，而且道观庙宇也遭到严重破坏。
2003年6月，当时莱芜市委市政府批准雅鹿山公园建设工程，本着重现“矿山呈瑞”胜景的愿景，将致力恢复和修葺扩建原有的道观庙宇。此乃是一项功在当世、利在千秋的大事善举，为后人的造福而努力。
九顶雅鹿山，即泰安周边地区，在碧霞元君护佑下平静如水，一派祥和景象。一日，泰安圣母碧霞元君巡视九州，看见一群凤凰展翅盘旋于九顶雅鹿 山上，便知定有一辉煌发生！恍惚间，只见一道霓虹闪过化作九位仙者叩首而拜 元君曰：“汝等何来？意欲何求？”九仙答曰：“我等皆是河北涿鹿洞中的鹿仙，与蚩尤战事暗无天日，我等无奈故投奔而来。”
元君悦然答曰：“中原逐鹿乃天数，不免一劫劫难一消。”又指示他们往东看，有一座九顶高峰，此后必成发福地，也是归宿。我们去后潜心，以德化人才后定成正果！nine saints all big happy thank you go each top of mountain, quiet heart meditate, become high level Daoist.
Mountain not in height, have immortal then famous; auspicious and propitious atmosphere nourish myriad living beings; green pines and cypresses on the mountain, flocks of deer playing among them. People regard it as auspicious omen and gather here. It is said that: "mountain governs people's population, water governs wealth." Accompanied by continuous gathering of people here, every household is harmonious; people are refined and courteous; nights do not close doors; peaceful and tranquil like Yao and Shun days. At foot of the mountain by the Wenshui River after generations' construction operation built a city where men women old young all good natured; folk customs simple honest; generation after generation out named scholars out virtuous filial offspring. Above the mountain frequently appears rainbow besides sometimes there appear phoenix flying around... Therefore they call this city "Phoenix City" as saying: Phoenix does not dwell without treasure place Eight Treasures Phoenix City one name should be born!
